Dr. Olanya Gilbert is a distinguished educationist, public servant, and governance expert with over 15 years of experience in Uganda's public and education sectors. He holds a PhD in Education from Kyambogo University and has made significant contributions to education reform, legislative oversight, and community development.In his current roles:● Chairperson, Public Accounts Committee – Local Government, Parliament of Uganda (2021 – Present).● Member of Parliament, Kilak South Constituency (2011 – Present).● Chairman, Neurxtend Foundation (2024 – Present).
