I am a public health practitioner with an undergraduate degree in social works and social administration from Uganda Christian University Mukono, a postgraduate certificate in administrative law from Makerere University, and master of public health from Lira University. I was employed by John Snow Inc. as District
Cluster Coordinator for Kole/Oyam cluster under the USAID Regional Health Integration to Enhance Services (RHITES) project in the North Lango region. I was responsible for coordinating linkages and referrals activities, demand creation and ensuring smooth implementation of activities about the key performance indicators and goals of the district. I have 11 years of experience in development-related work in various technical areas, including child health, malaria, HIV/AIDS, OVC, Maternal and New-born Health, and Tuberculosis. As part of my career, I have been engaged and acquired experience in supporting and strengthening systems for the delivery of quality services in the above-mentioned technical areas at various levels, including; community, health facility, district, and cluster levels. I have grown in the scope of responsibilities held, moving from being a project officer to Coordinating a team, as well as providing technical support at the level of an officer. I am a dependable hardworking lady of high integrity, committed with good interpersonal skills, good passion for clients, result-oriented, flexible, and innovative with very good communication skills both in English and Luo.

Built technical competencies of facility health care providers in quality service delivery, including MNCH, HIV, TB, prevention, care, and treatment through coaching, training, onsite mentorships, and peer-to-peer learning meetings.
Supported district-level data validation, timely reporting, and utilization for decision-making by health facilities and district staff.
Improved HIV prevention services within the district by integrating and scaling up HTS at high yield points and support the expansion of HIV testing efforts to MARPs.
